I'd not tried doing BGA footprints with the KicadModuleToGEDA utility, but
then I saw your email.

I just converted around 40 from the
http://smisioto.no-ip.org/elettronica/kicad/kicad-en.htm kicad module
repository hosted by Walter Lain.

They are now on gedasymbols, and should come up when the gedasymbols
indexer finds them.

They seem to be functional reproductions on casual inspection, but I'd be
curious to hear of any issues with them.

I need to fine tune the text flag insertion logic, as it is sticking a
default flag in "blah" which can be safely ignored by users of the
footprints until I rectify the code.

The footprints are:
