Perhaps try the PADS2000 netlist export. IIRC, the netlist format is
ASCII, and easily parsed / translated to PCB if required.

(I've built gEDA/PCB layouts from Orcad capture schematics that way
before.. it was simple enough to hand-process the netlist with sed
etc.., rather than write a netlist translator).
