Hi,
I normally use eagle, but once used PCB for a large but simple board.
as the board I'm creating is larger than permitted on Eagle free, hence
using pcb this time.
I haven't created a schematic to import just gone straight for a manual
layout. Its an RF board so top layer is continuous Cu ground plane and
everything else on the bottom layer.
I thought I was doing OK until I printed out the layout, and I didn't
read the manual properly :(

Main problem is my tracks are OK on the bottom layer, but all my pads
for the smd packages are on the top layer.
Is there any way I can merge top and bottom layers ?,
then make the top layer continuous Cu as a ground plane and 0v.

Another problem is how do I join a track to a rectangle or polygon ?.

I'm not sending layout , just printing off a negative and photo etching
a one off.

Is there anyway of setting the printer resolution ?, I'm using a HP
6529e, on a network, so not a direct connection.
I could worst case make a wired connection to it and set the default on
the  Cups server.

BTW are there additional libs somewhere that can be imported ?
