I was kidding, probably I haven't used correct tenses for English verbs
here, don't judge me so severely ;)

Seriously, what changes do you consider important enough to bump
the version? Will mil->um changes do? As for me, the versioning scheme
major.minor would be better and would allow to make minor fixes into
distributions more quickly.
