At the moment, head is the same as 20140316, since I just released
head as-is.

2.0 would be fine, but there's a fork of pcb that claims 3.0 so we
decided to jump to 4.0 to avoid confusion.

We've also historically reserved the "2.0" version for Harry, since it
was his project back in the 1.99a days.
