Mind a shameless plug?  I suggest you use gattrib_csv.  The properties
exported are specified by a comma separated file.  In addition to
exporting, any changes in the exported BOM can also be imported back in.
 With multiple refdes referenced on a single line, one edit can update
multiple components.
It is downloaded from
http://public.laserlinc.com/Joshua/gattrib_csv.java

and then compiled by gcj
gcj --main=gattrib_csv -o gattrib_csv gattrib_csv.java
