What version of pcb?  It wasn't in the original thermal tool, but the
new thermal types (there are four) and the no-thermal option have been
around for a while.

Note: left clicking the tool toggles between thermal-connect and
isolated (the first two images).  Shift-clicking cycles through the
thermal types.
