Good idea.  Figuring out which attributes matter was one of the tough
steps when starting out with gschem.  Also tooltips or the like would be
lovely.

If new users could quickly get to the point where they can define subcircuits
that would be lovely.  Admittedly the particular interface you're working
on at the moment probably can't do that be itself, but the somewhat weird
conventions for the required attributes and values are part of it.
