Apart from the suggestions given elsewhere (hand editing, reloading the file),
another possibility under the GUI is:

- make only the pins/pads visible (hide layers, silkscreen, vias)

- show the soldermask layer

- select all the pins/pads of the same size, very often this can be 
  done quickly by selecting an area

- use the command line interface ":" and type:
   changeclearsize(selected,new_value)

where new value, could be 0.375mm for a 0.6mm pad (this gives 75um clearance).

Annoyingly, the interface for solder mask value is different from
the interface for copper clearance: you have to enter half the radius
of the solder mask (for a circular pin) or half the width for a 
square or rectangular pad.
