When you have some time, you may continue "divide and conquer", i.e.
first removing the ElementLine, then removing one of the pads.

Does other functions beside photo-mode export work fine, including
gerber export?

Ones guess:

Pad[5905 -9449 5906 3937 5906 2000 7906 "" "2" "square,edge2"]

seems to be minimal rotated (x == 5905 to x == 5906).

I think I have never used rotated pad at all.
