I just noticed that the following example doesn't appear to close. At least
*I believe that's whats going on here.I believe the arc and line segments
are not determined to join up, even though they appear to as rendered and
by inspection of the coordinates. If you photo-render this, you'll get a
whole lot of nothing - I presume because the "outline" is not closed it is
believed to have no area.
