  Well the reason I'm going down this road to begin with is the PCB fab
had a concern about my copper clearance circles extending past the edges
of the board.  I thought it was kinda nuts that they'd be worried about
that, but that's what their engineer said, and I'm about to order
thousands of these boards, so I was inclined to listen to him. ;)
