I bought one last July for €250. But it is from a company in Spain,
which is probably not the most convenient for you. I had been looking
for stencil printers for several years, but I considered that they
were too expensive for our limited use: all were in the €1000 range.

Of course, this now means that I buy all my stencils from
them since they will send me something that fits the frame.
It's €65 a pop, but I typicall put several small boards 
(and often both sides) on the same stencil, so it stays
reasonable. These are laser cut steel stencils, of course.
