What is the pro's and con's for having on the one side

A, one big sym with all the pins

 and on the other hand

B, multiple small(er) sym's, e.g. one for each function

///

My guesses are:

Pro A:

 just one (1) sym to care for

Con A:

 with bigger packages, the nets is going to look like spagetti
 with lots of net lines, the symbol outlines tend to be hard to
  spot in a B/W printout

Pro B:

 one sym one function one (paper) page, easy to check

Con B:

 have I covered all functions?
 have I duplicate pins, connected to more than one net

Regards,
/Karl Hammar
