Sorry, no, I've never ordered a silver plated board. This said, I've seen
and even bought microwave cavity filters with silver plating but they are 
in the other lab right now (50km).

Metallic colours are impossible to reproduce exactly, but the RGB
colour (192,192,192) or 75% white is called silver. This might be
used as a starting point, but my impression is that genuine silver 
actually looks a but more "yellowish".

Sorry, I don't have anything like this around here (I always oder boards with
defaut soldermask and silkscreen). But I just did some tests on my screen and 
I'd suggest to start around (224, 224, 0). But opinions on colours...
