I think it'd be nice to able to remove unused layers altogether. I realize
there are folks using PCB for commercial stuff, but I'd wager the VAST
majority of PCB designed boards are two layer, and most of the rest are
four.  Conceptual layers are still useful, but the layer / groups
correlation confused me mightily at first. And i certainly dont need four
'signal' layers.
