No idea on ready-made products, but if you are interested in making
your own (might be a fun experiment), here are some resources you

I know the “alarm armed” chirp sound that many car alarms use.  It
may be a “linear chirp” or “exponential chirp”, a signal of
rising frequency, which the Wikipedia page Chirp describes.
