The toporouter routes with arbitrary direction lines and arcs, but the
default autorouter is Manhattan only (90 degrees).
The normal solution for 45 degree support is to first autoroute
Manhattan and then run the trace optimizer -> miter function which
converts Manhattan to 45 degrees.
