Postscript is vector based, and lines arcs etc are done with
moveto, lineto, arcto etc.

 The xscircuit reference manual doesn't say much:
https://xcircuit.sourceforge.net/features.html

 but there is a ref. on the file format:
https://xcircuit.sourceforge.net/postscript.html
 and it seems symbols are done as functions/macros.

I'd say it wouldn't be impossible to make some kind of
converter. If it is very important for someone, I might
be pursuaded into writing one.
