DJ said we might as well shut down the server if nobody's using it.  I
can continue to ignore it until it breaks ;-)  I think moving to
github/gitlab[*] is a good idea, but don't use this as an excuse.

My real goal here is to remove ambiguity.  If we're not going to
maintain these programs, we should update the web servers, code repos,
etc. to SAY that we're not updating them, and refer people to the
various forks (lepton, pcb-rnd).  Igor2 has proposed adding a notice to
the programs themselves to this effect, and making one final release to
the repos so that all the remaining users have accurate status and know
what they're migration options are.

So either people actually do the work to port, fix, and release these
programs, or I declare them dead.  I'm tired of the Schrodinger's-app
situation.


[*] gitlab is more freedom-oriented than github, IMHO
