Attributes in lepton and Geda are starting to drift apart.

 https://lepton-eda.github.io/lepton-manual.html/Master-attribute-list.html
 http://wiki.geda-project.org/geda:master_attributes_list

So far I know about:
 lepton:
net (port) symbols (in subsheet) can have a net attr.
   symbol attribute
 geda:
   portname
   netname in net (power) symbols

As a user, I believe that it is important that the schematics I
make can be used in both programs. So, I invite anyone to help
write and define a new master attribute list.

Is it time to make a clean break from the "old" attributes and
define a new set, basically define a new schematic version where
each attribute is clearly defined ?
(One file format change clearly in need is "C", to differentiate
between files with the same basename.)

So far I know of theese use cases for attributes:
 SPICE, gnucap, simulations
 pcb rnd-pcb
 bom
 DRC
which seems to boil down to how netlist treats the attributes.

Are there any other use cases ?

Regards,
/Karl Hammar
