Not sure since I only have ngspice. But based on this
(https://www.edn.com/use-ltspice-to-simulate-mixed-continuous-and-sampled-systems/)
it looks like they use a similar SOC approach.

I have found the best way for me to learn a new language is to jump in
over my head and start paddling. Works, just makes my head hurt from
banging in the wall. :)
