It would be really useful to have a pop-up info box on a schematic.
OpenOffice Calc spreadsheets has this very feature. Hover the mouse
over a cell, and up pops an info box.

As I am editing a schematic and adding text notes to it....the
schematic gets cluttered quickly.
Another way work it, maybe, is to place the contents of the info on
the side-bar.
