Huh, that's funny, I've never seen that. How strange. It's probably just an
"invert this" that's getting missed somewhere along the lines, instead of
checking the actual state of the layer visibility.

Just to be sure... when this happens, you're still able to see, _and
select_ things on the layer in question?
