Looked at issue tracker and did not find the problem on the list. Command is "lepton-sch2pcb -d ../packages/ schematic.sch" and "gsch2pcb -d ../packages/ Mcu3phase.sch" and there is some kind of difference, some pins end up in unnamed net with lepton-sch2pcb. Think it is upp/lower case problem but are not sure yet. Tried a second file, same problem so there certainly is some kind of difference.

Guess it is related to hierachy and/or upper/lower case.
