Aaah pressing the three {i c r} letters did the trick, paths where reloaded.

Restarting or pressing update button in dialog did not. Just have to figure out howto get the .lht footprint in form of a sub circuit into the layout gsch2pcb-rnd, lepton-sch2pcb or gsch2pcb-rnd but, if nothing is missing I guess it just be about getting paths and names correct, an hour or two a day i while get there sooner or later.
