Looks like Windows, but it has the Ghostscript interpreter anyway. And it's not saying what it's doing: now calling the interpreter via: C:\Program Files\gs\gs9.20\bin\gsdll64.dll -dDELAYBIND -dWRITESYSTEMDICT -dESTACKPRINT -dNODISPLAY -dNOEPS C:/Users/Rob/AppData/Local/Temp/psin2 GPL Ghostscript 9.20 (2016-09-26) Copyright (C) 2016 Artifex Software, Inc. All rights reserved. This software comes with NO WARRANTY: see the file PUBLIC for details. Now checking the temporary output now reading BoundingBoxes from file C:/Users/Rob/AppData/Local/Temp/psout2 got 1 page(s) x: 999999 y: 999999 x: 0 y: 0 now postprocessing the interpreter output postprocessing the interpreter output finished It doesn't say what it did (no image size or anything). Ghostscript was originally unix I think, it's used by GhostView (aka gv). Linux software is generally better quality than Windows shareware. I wonder what IrfanView would do with it. Lots of things can make images smaller, including IrfanView. So you start with raster but you want vector? For the best quality do it by hand. Open it in GIMP and trace paths on it, export those to vector. It will take time and practice and probably studying. But you can do it better than some machine. There are help files.
