Not exactly, the extent of the solder paste matches the pad on the
external sides, but is recessed on the internal sides. For the width I
slightly shrink it, but I suspect it was a mistake for 0201 (not done
another board with 0201 since then), but it may also depend on the
solder paste characteristics.

In my case it helped, but YMMV. I've more experience with 0402 than with
0201 (only one board).
