I'd suggest a hardware supported by https://sigrok.org/ for digital
protocols, but having a scope which also has digital inputs is quite
nice, but usually comes with a relatively hefty pricetag.
You'll find the best price/performance ratio from Rigol and/or Siglent.
Rigol is a chinese manufacturer, their equipment works great.
Siglent is a dutch manufacturer, their equipment has more features.
200MHz (and >1Msps, which is important at 200MHz!) is well above the
entry level segment, so if you want something real good I would
expect the instrument to cost 500-1000 EUR.

Sorry - don't know about that part. I think that's another league,
quite likely involving a high end spectrum analyzer. (For the
*un*-expected emissions.)
