I use debian.  It's going to have sticky keys.  Mint might help you avoid unnecessary setup typing since it has
some standard setup done already.  It's based on debian.

the trouble with these is migration.  config files are all different and in different places with Red Hat.  (Have not looked since 
way back before Fedora,
but Fedora probably has same config files for most things.

What of using a newer Fedora?  maybe you can get outside help with setting up whatever Grub2Win is.

What does Grub2Win do for you?
