$ grep '"include"' ~/.gEDA/gafrc
(component-library "include")
(source-library  "include")

Can't blame you for that, thought it would be nice if the respective 
commands used "if dir exists" and ignored it otherwise.
That said, it isn't related to issue 39 I think.

Not particulary fond of thoose xdg things...
I think I keep it as it is for the moment.
