Well, that's easy enough to fix.  Time for some bikeshedding...

I propose:

Name=gEDA PCB
GenericName=gEDA PCB Circuit Board Editor
 (alternately s/Circuit/Layout/)

(but I don't know how name vs generic name are used in gtk, as I don't
use a gtk-based desktop)
