Hi all,

I’m looking for a solderless contact which will allow me to incorporate a breadboard-style, push fit wire connection on to my PCB, but I have no idea what it is called and haven’t managed to come up with a useable Google search term.

Ideally what I’m looking for is a surface-mount part that is soldered over/near a through-hole, which will then grip a wire pushed through from the reverse side of the PCB. I’m not looking for mechanical security.

Any tips gratefully received.

Regards,
Chris
