Meanwhile I've also finished the fp_wget implementation for edakrill. This 
means if the fp_wget plugin is enabled and wget AT edakrill is on the 
library search path, the library window shows all edakrill footprints. 
It's possible to browse the tree (hierarchy) and search by tags.

(fp_wget keeps a local cache of the database index and footprints that hve 
been accessed; we already had gedasymbols.org integration, but we don't 
have tag search support there.)

Later on I plan to add a footprint upload feature so users can add 
footprints to edakrill right after they are drawn in pcb-rnd.
