I am seeing how the attribute-per-object ability of the pcb-rnd lihata format is my way forward. I think that once some features that depend on attribute-per-object start to get bragging rights, someone will merge transparency into pcb-rnd and it will become the main path forward for all of PCB's valuable legacy. So don't worry, I'm not writing that patch to add per footprint solder-paste shrink amount.
