This is nonsense.  As part of the refactoring process, I separated the 
configuration mechanism (which needs to know about gEDA directories and 
executes Guile files) from the actual netlist generation.  All necessary 
options are internally passed to the netlister via the command line.

"xorn netlist" has a different command-line interface from gnetlist 
because it's not functionally equivalent; it's lacking the configuration 
part.  "xorn netlist" plus gnetlist2, OTOH, is, so it can have and has the 
same command-line interface as gnetlist.
