gschem work pretty well, no problem to draw any circuit I want.

Workflow is harder. Ideally it should be solved in such a way gschem is still the same simple to use as is now, just enter suitable values for attributes possible from lists and let workflow solve pin mapping and BOM.

Yes pcb is simple although most common tasks are not that hard, basically draw graphics on layers. pcb have limitations in the possibility to draw graphics and lack individual clearance values.
