Thanks everyone who has tested this and special thanks to Evan for the detailed bug description. The fact that changing the tool between the two holes made it very easy to find the bug: it was just one of the crosshair states not properly reset, so the second hole didn't start in the init step but in a mid-point-step. Fixed in pcb-rnd r2308. Trivial one-line diff, should be applied to mainline. Anyone testing pcb-rnd, please let me know if poly holes break any other way. Regards, Igor2
