I have a long term programmable drc plan. I will post an item with a short
description in the feature poll later on. Once I get to start working
on cschem, I will surely need to implement the programmable drc too,
because that seems to be the most flexible way to delegate arbitrary tasks
to the netlister instead of hardwiring more special cases in the C code.
