Hi all, as part of the config rewrite, the next pcb-rnd release will relax the limits on routing styles: in trunk/ there's already no limit on the number of styles - the user can create new styles and they are saved/loaded with the design. No need to edit the theoretical maximum in a header or recompile - there's just no hardwired limit (other than sizeof(int)). The default number of styles (4) is not hardwired anywhere either - the default pcb template shipped with pcb-rnd happens to have 4 styles, but it could be anything between 0 and 2^31. I remember hearing this "I'd like to have more than 4 route styles" from other users, but is there anything else about routing styles that users keep bumping into? Regards, Igor2
