That would be a regular dual in line package with six pin, also known 
as DIP6. You can find it in the default library of pcb. 

However, I like to make the pins elongated. That way, they are easier 
to (hand) solder and still allow one or two traces to pass between the 
pins. You can find my version at

It is a known deficiency of the default symbol library, that it does
