I would probably try each layout for some time (except for Windows-style 
hotkeys which I only listed for newbie compatibility) and then decide 
which one suits me best.  Being able to select the keyboard layout from a 
menu with immediate effect would be nice, but I'm used enough to editing 
configuration files that I wouldn't mind that either.
