Yes, there is even a symbol generator for that:

Example output:

If you would like to use it, I'd better fix the roundness of it, since
currently it does a polygon instead of a circle, as seen in the example 
below.

If you run
 http://turkos.aspodata.se/git/openhw/pdftosym/examples.pintosym/circle.pins
as in:

$ pintosym.pl circle.pins 
printing to circle.sym (pins circle )
$

 http://turkos.aspodata.se/git/openhw/pdftosym/examples.pintosym/circle.sym
will be created.
