--001a11333e4c49500e052d6a15a7 Content-Type: text/plain; charset=UTF-8 I am only a user, so my information may be incomplete. I believe this is typically done by putting the actual pins at multiples of a 90 degree angle, but what you do to make it look pretty is to extend the pins with decorative lines going towards the center of the symbol. This way the pins can be made to look as if they are all branching out from the center in a circular fashion. I'd bet that non-orthogonal pins are possible, but I believe it is quite burdensome to make things both pretty and to make all of the pins to align to the grid/spacing used by most other symbols.
