Just looking at the spice netlisters:

Import, back-annotation.

Support for all symbols.



Looking beyond that, all that plus:

Verilog, VHDL completeness.

To/from other schematic formats (Kicad, Qucs).

Layout formats (PCB).

Nets as first class objects.
