They seem to be quoting regular DHL tariffs.

Seems to be a Germany based company even thoiugh they are registered in GB
(Their directions point to the Munich area, German VAT applies, German
words sprinkled here and there in the English version of the layout...)

So multi-pcb is a little more expensive for the first board but
significantly better value at two. I like their online calculator.

This company is registered as a GmbH in Germany but operates production
sites in Hungary and India. According to the time line given on their
website they started as a merge of a Hungarian company with a Belgian
start-up.
