You make furniture too? So do I from time to time. Smack in the middle of making 3 more of the blanket chest on the cover of the Dec 14 issue of Fine WoodWorking. Its being a cast iron bitch though, the last kilobucks worth of Mahogany I bought for it isn't even capable of making a straight toothpick. Warps like crazy the instant a saw blade starts to make a cut. Thanks to a "shark fin" riving knife on the saw, it hasn't pinched the blade and thrown any wood at me since about 2007. But the joints and all the ebony trim bits were all cut on a grizzly G0704 I've converted with ball screws and linuxcnc. You can see some of the other stuff that keeps this old man out of the bars at the web page in the sig. It is in fact on this machine, so the only noise is me blowing my own horn occasionally. This particular circuit board, 2 of, will drive some 40 amp SSR's to stage the power on of the spindle motors nearly 2 kw PSU, otherwise it kill a 20 amp breaker so fast it sound blends in with the click of the switch that was turning it on. One big diff, my version has an aromatic eastern red cedar lining. Cheers, Gene Heskett -- "There are four boxes to be used in defense of liberty: soap, ballot, jury, and ammo.
