First off, check the wiki to see if we haven't already done this
before.  I'm pretty sure there's a PCB roadmap already in there.

Second, to get a wiki account, email one of the admins.  vzh does most
of the wiki work these days (granted, it's in Russian ;), he's
probably the best one to guide new authors.

Third, to edit the wiki, you click the "Edit this page" button on the
wiki :-)
