My estimation on how many pcb users are there on the list was much lower before this survey. As for pcb-rnd and users making themselves heard: any user should feel free to send me feature requests, either via the mailing list or in private. Of course I can't promise I implement everything, but pcb-rnd is a good place to have random experimental stuff tested.
