If wires are drawn in those cases, they will need to be redrawn. Maybe that idea needs a different name. I was thinking slotting is not same details as pin swapping. Maybe call it fpga-pin-swap for clarity. The affected nets/pins could have wires drawn, and could go to slotted packages/symbols too.
